Where is the best place to take photos in Utah County?

One of my favorite places for bridal and family photos is Tibble Fork Reservoir in American Fork Canyon. This location is great all year long, and changes look from Fall to Winter drastically. Tibble Fork offers much variety, from using the hillside meadow to the frozen-over reservoir in the winter. If you do not have a national park pass, expect to pay a $6-7 entrance fee, which lasts up to 3 days.
